You can easily make small edits (up to 30 characters) to the review's name, title, and content, and even include a picture or video. This comes in handy when you need to correct a typo or make adjustments requested by reviewers.

To edit a review, follow these steps:

Once you've made your edits and clicked Submit, we will send an email to the reviewers, asking them to approve or deny the proposed changes.

In line with our authenticity policy, star ratings can only be edited by the reviewers. You can encourage them to do so using the request review update feature.

You can also let reviewers update their reviews easily from their Customer Accounts by adding Judge.me widgets to Customer Accounts.
