Editing reviews
Updated over a week ago

You can easily make small edits (up to 30 characters) to the review's name, title, and content, and even include a picture or video. This comes in handy when you need to correct a typo or make adjustments requested by reviewers.

Any changes exceeding 30 characters will result in an error and won't be saved.

To edit a review, follow these steps:

  1. From Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Reviews Dashboard

  2. Choose the review you want to edit.

  3. Click the three-dot icon and select Edit Review.

Once you've made your edits and click Submit, we will send an email to the reviewers, asking them to approve or deny the proposed changes.

In line with our authenticity policy, star ratings can only be edited by the reviewers themselves. You can encourage them to do so using the request review update feature.

For other platforms

  1. From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.

  2. Choose the review you want to edit.

  3. Click the three-dot icon and select Edit Review.
