How It works
The Searchanise Search & Discovery tool goes beyond a simple search bar. It offers auto-generated suggestions that help your customers find what they're looking for, even if they make typos. Additionally, the Smart Navigation feature allows visitors to easily narrow down their search results through filters.
By integrating Searchanise with Judge.me , you unlock a range of powerful features:
Display Product Ratings and Reviews: Showcase your products along with their aggregate rating and the total number of reviews they've received.
Star Ratings: Give your customers a quick visual indication of product ratings by displaying rating stars below the product listings in Smart Navigation.
Filter by Rating: Allow users to refine their search results in Smart Navigation based on the aggregate rating of products.
Comprehensive Search: Empower your customers to find what they need by performing searches across product titles, reviews, and descriptions.
How to set up this integration
Step 1: Install Judge.me and Searchanise
To begin, ensure you're subscribed to Judge.me's Awesome plan ($15/month) and Searchanise's Basic plan ($19/month).
Step 2: Connect Judge.me and Searchanise
From Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations > Search > Searchanise > Connect.
Select Enable Searchanise and click on Save to preserve your changes.

In your Judge.me admin dashboard, head to Settings > Integrations > Storefront > Search > Searchanise. Save your settings to proceed.
Step 3: Access Judge.me API token
From Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations > View API token.
Copy the Private token provided in this section.

Go to Settings > Integrations > Developers > Judge.me API within the Judge.me admin dashboard. Copy the Private token provided.
Step 4: Integrate with Searchanise
In your Searchanise admin dashboard, locate the Integrations section and find Judge.me in the list.
Toggle the bar to ON and paste the Shop API token (private) copied from Judge.me. Apply changes to proceed.
Step 5: Ensure data refresh
Return to the Searchanise Dashboard, select Force Re-indexation, and let the system complete the indexing process. Once done, your Judge.me product reviews will appear in the search widgets.
Keep in mind that Searchanise updates these reviews every 24 hours, ensuring that your customers receive up-to-date information.
