How to install Judge.me extension on your Squarespace store
Step 1: Install Judge.me extension
Step 2: Connect to Site
Click on the "Connect to Site" button.
Step 3: Log in to your Squarespace store
If not already logged in, log in to your Squarespace store. If you manage multiple stores, select the store where you want to install the extension.
Step 4: Allow permissions
A new tab will open, displaying the permissions Judge.me requires from your store. Click "Allow" to initiate the installation.
Once the installation is complete, you'll be redirected to Judge.me's home dashboard.
Step 5: Enter your email
Provide the email address you wish to use for Judge.me.
Step 6: Choose widgets
Select the widgets you want to install, then click "Start Installation."
If you decide to exclude certain widgets or skip installation, you can add them later in "Settings" under "Review Widget" or "Other Widgets."
Step 7: Verify widget installation
Confirm that your widgets are correctly installed.
If everything is in order, click "Yes, Looks Great," and you'll be directed to the admin dashboard. You can also access settings to customize widget design, including star colors.
For advanced customization requests, click "Make a Special Request" and input your requirements.
Note: Widgets will be optimally placed on your Squarespace store, and alternative locations are not supported.
To remove widgets, if needed, click "No, Please Remove All Widgets." If possible, provide feedback on why you're removing them to help us improve our service.
Log in to your Judge.me settings
Log in from Squarespace
From your Squarespace admin dashboard, go to "Settings" > "Extensions" > "Connected Extensions."
Locate Judge.me in the list, then click the three-dot icon and select "Judge.me Website."
Enter your Squarespace store domain and click "Sign In."
Log in from Judge.me
Visit judge.me and click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner.
Select the "I'm a shop owner" link to log in to your store.
Enter your Squarespace store domain and click "Sign In."
If not logged in to your Squarespace store, you will be redirected to the Judge.me home dashboard.
