To share your reviews on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr, you have the option to manually push them from the reviews dashboard.
This manual approach not only provides you the ability to share on multiple platforms but also offers greater control over which reviews to share and the timing of the shares. If a manual social push is performed before an automated push, the automated push for that review will be skipped.
Connecting accounts for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
For Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, ensure you've connected your accounts by going to Settings > Social Media before initiating manual review sharing.
Using push templates
Take advantage of push templates for your social media shares. You can reuse existing templates available in Marketing and Social > Social Push, or you can modify the content to create entirely new messages for your reviews.
Additionally, when engaging in manual pushes, the image rules you've configured in your push templates will be applied. This includes using either the review images or product images as specified.

Customizing push templates falls under the Awesome feature set. If you're on the Free plan, our default settings will be applied when manually pushing reviews with images. For product reviews, default behavior involves using review images. If a review image is unavailable, the system will use a product image as a fallback.
However, for store reviews, if no review image is present, the review text will be shared to Facebook. It's important to note that in such cases, Instagram sharing will not be possible due to the absence of an image.
By adhering to these guidelines, you can execute manual social pushes of your reviews, maximizing your control over sharing and content presentation across various social media platforms.
