Why my review is not published?
Updated over a week ago

You can always find all your reviews on your Judge.me reviewer account.

Online businesses can disable auto-publish preference for new reviews

  • By default settings in the Judge.me reviews app for businesses, new reviews are automatically published on business's website and synced on Judge.me Reviews Site.

Note, even when auto-publish preference is enabled, it can take few moments for review to appear on the pages.

  • Businesses may choose to disable auto-publish preference. In this case they will have to manually publish reviews. This might be the reason why you don't see your reviews published immediately.

Note, online businesses may prefer this setting for various reasons.

For example, before publishing reviews business may want to check if review content does not breach with review policies, such as does not contain personally identifiable information, promotions, sensitive or offensive content, etc.

If you suspect online businesses follow untruthful practices with their reviews

  • Judge.me strongly recommends that businesses publish all their reviews, even unfavourable ones. Potential customers often are more interested in the context and how business handles negative feedback, even more than content of negative review itself.

  • If you can't find your review on the business's website pages or on Judge.me Reviews Site, please wait few days to give the businesses time to process it.

  • In case after few days, you still can't find your review, we recommend to contact the business directly and clarify the reason with them.

  • If you can't reach resolution with the business and suspect that it follows untruthful practices with their reviews, you can file a complaint on e-commerce platform directly. You can report an issue on Shopify e-commerce platform here.
