At Judge.me we understand how crucial reviews are to your businesses. To ensure that you maximize the amount of feedback you get, we now support collecting reviews via QR code, so your buyers can submit reviews conveniently via their smartphones.
This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of creating and using QR codes with Judge.me.
How it works
After creating the QR code in Judge.me, you can print and display it in your store or attach it to delivery packages. Customers can easily scan the QR code with their phones and be redirected to a review form to submit their reviews. With most customers using their phones, this method provides an additional, convenient channel for collecting reviews, complementing traditional methods like emails and SMS.
Set up QR code reviews in Judge.me
Step 1: Access the feature
From Judge.me admin, go to Collect Reviews > Schedule and Reminders.
Scroll down and find the Collect reviews via QR code card, then click on the Generate QR code button.
Step 2: Customize your QR code
Choose a color: black, golden, green, grey, navy
Enable/disable the store review collection. If this option is enabled, buyers will be asked for an overall review of your store after submitting the product review.
Step 3: Save the QR code to your computer
Click Save PNG to download the QR code to your computer.
Step 4: Design your QR code cards
You can add this QR code to a template that matches your branding. We recommend using simple graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express, as they have plenty of templates for you to choose from.
Once you’ve selected a template, you can also add simple instructions to help your customers know how to submit their reviews. For example:
"Enjoyed your purchase? Scan to leave a review!
Open your camera or QR code scanner app.
Point it at the QR code.
Tap the link to leave a review.
Your feedback helps us improve our products and services. Share your experience to help others!"
When you're ready, print the QR code and attach it to your delivery package, or display it in your store, so visiting customers can quickly scan and submit a review using their phone.
How the QR code reviews collection looks like
After scanning the QR code, your customers will see a review form where they can search for the product they want to review.
After clicking on the Write a review button, they can input their reviews, photos and click Submit review.
After the product review is submitted, they will be asked for an overall review of your store, if you enable this option in the QR code settings.
They can also click Review another product and follow the same steps again.
