How to set up
Step 1: Install Judge.me and Reviewbit
Begin by installing Judge.me and Reviewbit
Step 2: Activate the integration
Access the Reviewbit admin panel.
Go to the Integrations section.
Select Judge.me and click on Activate Integration.
Step 3: Configure WhatsApp settings
In Reviewbit, proceed to the WhatsApp Settings.
Activate your WhatsApp review request feature if not already enabled.
Adjust message timing and the number of line items for sending requests according to your preferences.
Step 4: Fulfill orders in Shopify
Within the Shopify Orders dashboard, ensure that the phone number provided in your customer's order corresponds to their WhatsApp number.
Step 5: Monitor scheduled review requests
Check the Review Requests tab in Reviewbit.
As review requests are dispatched, your customers will receive WhatsApp messages and can submit their reviews directly.
Step 6: Approve and transfer reviews
After reviews are submitted, access them in the Reviews tab in Reviewbit.
Click the Approve button for each review.
This action approves the reviews within Reviewbit and forwards them to Judge.me.
You can access all approved reviews in the Judge.me Reviews dashboard at judge.me/index.
Important note
This integration exclusively processes new "Approved" reviews. Any old reviews approved before the integration will not be transmitted to Judge.me.
Reviews got from Reviewbit are not automatically verified. Please reach out to [email protected] with evidence such as screenshots of order history from your other store for manual verification.
Presently, reviews without an email address cannot be sent to Judge.me.
