1. Find the Product or Store to review
By reviewing list of your past orders
Login or your reviewer account by clicking on profile image on the top right corner on Judge.me Reviews Site pages.
Click My Orders tab and have a look at orders you made from businesses that use Judge.me app.
Click Write a Review for the product you would like to review.
By performing a search on the Review Site
Enter product or store name in the search bar and have a look at search results. Click on the product or store name that you would like to review.
Click Write a Product Review on the product page.
2. Write your review
Share your experience with product or store by filling in the review form.
Note, in case you are writing a review without logging-in to Judge.me Reviewer profile:
- you will be asked to add your name and email in the review form. This is required so you can manage your review later. Judge.me will never show or share your email with third parties.
- In case the store enabled this setting, after submitting a web review you might receive an email with the link that you can click to confirm email address.
3. Ways to leave a review outside Reviews Site
Via invite from business
Online businesses may enable review invites for their buyers.
In this case, after you have completed a purchase from the store, Judge.me will send you an invite to review you experience. Invite can be send via email, push notification or SMS.
For invited reviews Judge.me will automatically add "Verified" badge, as invites are sent only for buyers with the proof of purchase.
Via web form on business's website pages
Online businesses may allow any visitors of their website to leave a review via Review Widgets.
Note, reviews submitted via Judge.me should be in accordance with Judge.me Reviews guidances.
