Carthike WhatsApp lets you send abandoned cart notifications to users, order notifications, shipping updates and COD verification. With the Judge.me integration, you can now send WhatsApp messages to get more reviews, which can be displayed on Judge.me widgets.
How to set up the integration
Step 1: From Carthike admin, go to Integrations > Judge.me
Step 2: In Settings, toggle the bar to Enable automation, then input your phone number, review request timings and customize your WhatsApp message.
After you're done, click Save.
Your WhatsApp review requests will be scheduled after your order has been fulfilled. You can check the requests in Scheduled and Message Logs.
Note:
Reviews collected via Carthike are not verified automatically, you need to enable the reviews notification emails so your customers can click on the confirmation link to verify their reviews.
