How It Works
PushOwl facilitates the process of encouraging reviews through unobtrusive push notifications. This dynamic tool empowers you to gently remind customers about their pending reviews and provides good experience for both you and your clientele.
How to Set Up
Here's a straightforward guide on how to enable this integration:
Step 1: Install Judge.me.
Step 2: Proceed to install PushOwl. It's worth noting that this app is available for free, with the possibility of additional charges based on usage.
Step 3: Activate the integration in your settings by going to Settings > Integrations > Requests Integrations > Push Notifications > PushOwl.

From Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations > Requests Integrations > Push Notifications > PushOwl
Step 4: Fine-tune your review request process by configuring the following templates in Settings > Review Requests > PushOwl:
Review Request Push Template: Use this to send push notifications requesting customers to submit their reviews.
Media Reminder Push Template: Employ this template to gently nudge customers who've submitted reviews to also include photos or videos if they haven't already.
Please Note: PushOwl push notifications will align with your settings in Review Requests > Timing and Format.

Push notifications sent via PushOwl are effective but require customers to enable push notifications in their web browsers.
When clicked, these notifications lead buyers to the Review Widget on the specific product page, with their information conveniently pre-filled.
Manage the Push Notification Status
