Automate your tasks using Shopify Flow

Shopify Flow allows you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps. With Shopify Flow x Judge.me integration, you can:

  • Send or skip a review requests in Judge.me when the order is fulfilled

  • Trigger a follow-up action (e.g. sending email) after a new review is submitted in Judge.me.

How to set up the integration

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations > Admin Backend

  • Enable Shopify Flow integration and click Save.

  • Then, from your Shopify Flow admin, click Create workflow.

  • Select the trigger, condition, and action you want.

  • Once done, click Turn on workflow.

Example workflows

1. Record positive and negative reviews in separate sheets

When a new review is submitted in Judge.me, you can use Shopify Flow to send the review data to a Google spreadsheet. You can use apply the review rating condition to record positive and negative reviews in separate sheets.

2. Send follow-up emails to customers via Klaviyo

When a new review is submitted in Judge.me, you can use Shopify Flow to send an event to Klaviyo. This event can be used to trigger follow-up emails to the reviewers. Based on the review ratings, we can send different events and trigger different emails.

3. Rewards reviewers via who submitted positive reviews via Smile.io

When a new review is submitted in Judge.me, you can use Shopify Flow to send an event to Smile.io. This event can be used to send a rewards in Smile.io. You can apply certain conditions (e.g. rating, review source, etc.) to send the rewards.

4. Create support tickets to resolve negative reviews via Gorgias

When a new review is submitted in Judge.me, you can use Shopify Flow to create a ticket in Gorgias based on the review ratings.

5. Send review requests 14 days after order fulfillment

When the order is fulfilled in Shopify, you can use Shopify Flow to send a review request in Judge.me. This action will override any automated sending/skipping actions in Judge.me. You can use Shopify's "Wait" action to add a delay time between the fulfilment and the review request.

6. Skip review requests for orders with just one line item

When the order is fulfilled in Shopify, you can use Shopify Flow to skip a review request in Judge.me. This action will override any automated sending/skipping actions in Judge.me. You can apply certain conditions (e.g. order value, order quantity, etc.) to skip specific review requests.
