Adding your Squarespace store logo to review request emails
Updated over a week ago

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of incorporating your Squarespace store logo into your review request email templates.

Step 1: Uploading your store logo to Squarespace

Begin by uploading your store logo directly to your Squarespace account. This action will enable you to generate a direct link to your logo within Squarespace.

  • Access your Squarespace admin panel.

  • Go to the "Design" section and select "Custom CSS."

  • Click on "Manage Custom Files" and proceed to upload your logo.

  • After uploading, click on your logo to generate a logo URL.

Step 2: Adding the logo to Judge.me email template settings

Now, we will integrate the logo into your Judge.me email templates.

  • Go to your Judge.me admin panel and access "Requests" > "Email Templates."

  • Locate the email template you want to edit and click the "Edit" button.

  • Cut the logo URL you got from Squarespace. (Remember to cut the logo URL, not copy it, to avoid affecting your existing CSS changes in Squarespace.)

  • Paste the logo URL into the designated field.

  • If needed, specify your preferred logo width.

  • Finally, click "Save Email Settings."

By following these steps, you'll successfully add your Squarespace store logo to your Judge.me review request emails.
