The tone of voice you employ in your emails can significantly impact your interactions with customers. Your choice of tone can vary from being direct to friendly, aligning with your company's brand strategy.
Judge.me offers a range of email templates, each designed with distinct tones of voice for you to select from, including friendly, direct, and elegant. Alternatively, you have the option to create a custom tone of voice for each email.
Please be aware that currently, emails with different tones of voice are only available in English.
1. Select the tone of voice for all emails
From Judge.me admin, locate to Collect Reviews > Emails
Scroll down to find the Email Tone of Voice setting.
Please note that any changes made to the emails will be lost if you apply a new tone of voice. If you wish to select different tones of voice for individual emails, please proceed to part 2.
2. Customize tones of voice for different emails
To choose the tone of voice for each email, follow these specific instructions for various email types:
Review request emails:
Go to Collect Reviews > Email Templates.
Click on "Edit" on your review request template.
In the Email Settings tab, select your preferred Email Tone of Voice from the drop-down menu.
Reply to review email:
Go to Collect Reviews > Reviewer Notifications
In the "Reply notification email" section > click on Customize.
From the drop-down menu, choose your Reply Email Tone of Voice.
Review confirmation email:
Go to Collect Reviews > Reviewer Notifications
In the "Review confirmation email" section > click on Customize.
From the drop-down menu, choose your Confirmation Email Tone of Voice.
Coupon emails:
Go to Marketing and Social > Coupons
In the Coupons section, click on "Customize coupon email."
Select your Coupon Email Tone of Voice from the drop-down menu.
Media reminder emails:
Go to Collect Reviews > Reviewer Notifications
In the Media reminder email, click on "Customize"
Choose your preferred Email Tone of Voice from the drop-down menu.
Q&A notification emails:
Go to Collect Reviews > Reviewer Notifications
In the Q&A notification email, click on "Customize"
Choose your preferred Email Tone of Voice from the drop-down menu.
