If you need to send a review request to a specific customer promptly, you can use the For One Customer option. This feature enables you to schedule a review request email for an individual recipient and dispatch it after a 10-minute delay. Here are the steps to accomplish this:
For Shopify users
From Judge.me admin, go to Collect Reviews > Request History > Schedule Requests
Here, you have the option to schedule manual requests to a single customer
Input the reviewer's information along with the product for which you want to request a review, then click Send Review Request.
After a 10-minute wait, Judge.me will send the review request.
For WooCommerce new users
From Judge. me admin, go to Collect Reviews > Request History > Schedule Requests.
Click the Schedule manual request button.
Fill in the reviewer, product, and order details, then click Schedule request.
For WooCommerce old users, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and Square users
Access the Judge.me app and click on Request Status > Schedule Requests.
You will find the For One Customer option.
Provide the reviewer's details and specify the product for which you wish to request a review, then click Send Review Request.
Judge.me will dispatch the review request after 10 minutes.
