Scheduling manual review requests
Updated over 4 months ago

If you have orders made outside of your e-commerce platform, you can initiate manual review requests for these orders by uploading a CSV file. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

Step 1: Create the CSV file

Step 2: Fill in the information for the requests

In the CSV file, each column serves a specific purpose:

reviewer_name

required

name of the customer (We only use this if the email is not attached to any name yet)

reviewer_email

required

email of the customer

product_id
product_handle

either is required

You just need to fill in either the product_id or produt_handle of the purchased product.

fulfilled_at

required

the date the order was fulfilled (dd/mm/yyyy)

quantity

optional

quantity of the purchased product (set to 1 by default)

processed_at

optional

the date to send the review request (dd/mm/yyyy)

  • If blank, we will calculate using the fulfilled_at + wait_days in your settings.

  • If processed_at is a date in the past, we will schedule the request 10 minutes after you upload the file.

Step 3: Upload the file to Judge.me

  • Once you've filled in the required information, download the sheet by going to File > Download > Comma Separated Value (.csv).

  • From Judge.me admin, go to Collect Reviews > Request History > Schedule Requests.

  • Click Schedule requests in batch, then upload your CSV file.

For WooCommerce new admin

  • From Judge.me admin, go to Collect Reviews > Request History > Schedule Requests.

  • Click Schedule requests in batch, then upload your CSV file.

For WooCommerce old admin and other platforms

  • In your Judge.me admin panel, go to Request > Requests dashboard.

  • Click on Schedule Requests.

  • Under For orders outside of Shopify, in bulk via CSV upload, choose your file and click Upload CSV.

Step 4: Review the results

After uploading the CSV file, we will process the requests and send you a notification email containing the details.

  • You can monitor the number of requests scheduled and any that may have failed in the Requests dashboard.

  • Orders from the CSV file are highlighted with a green stripe and are labeled as Manual.

  • We'll wait for 10 minutes before sending the requests, even if the process_date is in the past. This allows you to review and, if necessary, skip certain requests by clicking Don't send for this request in the More column of the Requests Dashboard.

For other platforms

  • Orders from the CSV file are highlighted with a green stripe and are labeled as Manual.

  • We'll wait for 10 minutes before sending the requests, even if the process_date is in the past. This allows you to review and, if necessary, skip certain requests by clicking Don't send for this request in the More column of the Requests Dashboard.

Note:

If you are using Klaviyo integration to send review requests, please note that manual review requests will be sent from Judge.me.
