Engaging with your customers through reviews is an important way to start a conversation. You can express gratitude for positive feedback or address concerns raised in negative reviews. After resolving any issues, consider asking customers for an updated review.
Public Review Reply
To reply to a review publicly, follow these steps:
Access the Judge.me admin panel.
Go to Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.
Select the review you wish to respond to.
Click the reply icon and choose Public Reply (widget).
Your response will appear in the review widget on your product page.
We can also inform the reviewer about your response via email. Customize and enable this email notification under Settings > Other Emails > Reply to Review Email.
Private Email Reply
To reply to the review via email, do the following:
Access the Judge.me admin panel.
Go to Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.
Pick the review you want to respond to.
Click the reply icon and select Private Reply (email).
