Setting up Gorgias integration
Updated over 8 months ago

Available on the Awesome plan

Gorgias integration streamlines your customer feedback management by creating Gorgias tickets whenever a customer leaves a review in Judge.me. This enables you to respond promptly to customer feedback and address any issues as they arise.

Activating the integration

Step 1: Create a Gorgias account

If you haven't already, start by creating a Gorgias account.

Step 2: Connect Judge.me to Gorgias

  • From Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations > Admin Backend > Workflow Automation Integration.

  • Choose Gorgias and enter your Gorgias Account Domain (e.g., lilysbookcorner.gorgias.com).

  • Click Connect.

For other platforms

  • Go to Judge.me Settings > Integrations > Admin Backend > Workflow Automation Integration.

  • Choose Gorgias and enter your Gorgias Account Domain (e.g., lilysbookcorner.gorgias.com).

  • Click Connect.

Step 3: Authorize access

  • In the next screen, authorize Judge.me to access your Gorgias data to enable the integration. We only request the necessary permissions for this integration to work.

  • Click Authorize app to continue.

Step 4: Configure Integration settings

Enable the feature to create a ticket for each new review received. You can specify the star rating threshold for creating a ticket, for example, only reviews with 3 stars and below. Additionally, assign a custom tag to the ticket for easier tracking in Gorgias.

For other platforms

Using the integration

When a review in Judge.me meets your configured conditions (e.g., 3 stars and below), Gorgias will automatically create a ticket with the tag "Judge.me review."

Managing reviews in Gorgias

You can efficiently manage your reviews within Gorgias using the Customer Sidebar Widget on the right. This widget allows you to:

  • Publish reviews

  • Hide reviews

  • Publish and add reviews to the Judge.me carousel

The Sidebar Widget also provides valuable information about the customer's reviews, including:

  • Content of the 3 latest reviews

  • Total number of reviews

  • Average rating of all reviews

Note:

If you disconnect and reconnect the integration, the Sidebar Widget will only appear when you receive a new review.

Replying to reviews using Macros

Gorgias offers three macros to help you handle tickets efficiently:

  • Hide review and reply privately: This macro hides the review in Judge.me and allows you to send a private reply from Gorgias to the customer's email.

  • Publish review and reply publicly: This macro publishes the review in Judge.me and enables you to post a public reply on the Review Widget.

  • Publish review and reply privately: This macro publishes the review in Judge.me and allows you to send a private reply from Gorgias to the customer's email.

To use a macro, simply type its name, select it, and send your reply.

By following these steps, you can set up and use the Gorgias integration to enhance your customer feedback management and support processes.
