Create import settings to save your preferred configurations. You can then apply the same import settings multiple times for different products:

From the main navigation buttons, click on Import Settings, and then select Create import settings

To import reviews for multiple products with predetermined import settings: 

Find the products you want to import reviews for, input the AliExpress product link, and choose the import settings you created from the drop-down list. You can also create more import settings from here.

You can import reviews for multiple products simultaneously, and it typically takes about 1-2 minutes for the import to finish.

Repeat your import to update new reviews

While it's not possible to sync new reviews from AliExpress with your Shopify store automatically, you can manually update new reviews for the same Shopify products by repeating the import. Here's how:

Go to the Home dashboard and scroll down to the Import History section.

Click on the Repeat button on the right of the product. The app will automatically paste in the AliExpress product URL and the Shopify product you previously chose in your last import.

From the Home dashboard, click on the "Export Reviews" button to export your reviews. You can choose to export them in Judge.me format or Shopify Reviews format, and we will send a CSV file to your email.

- Reviews imported via Judge.me AliExpress Reviews are not automatically verified since they may not come from orders placed directly with your store. 
- We are happy to verify any imported reviews from other e-commerce platforms as long as you can provide evidence that they are associated with genuine orders from your store.
