Exploring three custom forms types
Updated over 8 months ago

There are 3 custom form types available now: Tagged Products, All Products without Custom Form tags and Shop Reviews.

1. Tagged products form

Custom questions will only show for selected products, this form is useful when you want to have feedback on a specific product with specific functions, colors, structures, types, etc. For example, we want to add custom questions on dome tents rather than all tent products; so we added "dometent" tag on both Judge.me and Shopify Product Dashboard.

  1. Go to Custom Form on your Judge.me Dashboard

  2. Click on the "Add Custom Form" button located on the upper right side

  3. Name the custom form (internal name for easier reference)
    Choose tagged products

  4. Add specific tag on both Judge.me side and Shopify Product Dashboard. Scroll down to (D) for adding a tag on Shopify Product Dashboard. You can add up to 10 tags in each custom form. If you add more than 10 tags, only the first 10 tags will be saved.

  5. Add questions

  6. Save Settings

*Notes:

  • Tagged products will not show questions from other custom forms

  • When collapsing all the questions, you will be able to rearrange the order of the questions

How to add a tag to products on Shopify product dashboard

  1. Go to Shopify Product Dashboard > All Products

  2. Choose what products you want to add the tag on

  3. Find tag box (located on the lower right side of the product page)

  4. Add tag

  5. Save

2. All Products without custom form tags

This form is used for all general product questions such as durability, shipping time/ cost, packaging looks, or willingness to buy the product again. It will help you to improve on customer satisfaction about other aspects rather than just a product quality itself.

  1. Go to Custom Form on your Judge.me Dashboard

  2. Click on the "Add Custom Form" button located on the upper right side

  3. Name the custom form (internal name for easier reference)

  4. Choose All Products without Custom Tags

  5. Add questions

  6. Save settings

3. Shop Reviews

Custom form questions will only show for shop reviews. It is useful when you want to gain a better understanding of your customers' overall shopping experience. Ideal questions should be "How is your shopping experience at Judge.me so far?", "Would you recommend a friend to Judge.me?" or "Will you be back for more?"

  1. Go to Custom Form on your Judge.me Dashboard

  2. Click on the "Add Custom Form" button located on the upper right side

  3. Name the custom form (internal name for easier reference)

  4. Choose Shop Reviews

  5. Add questions

  6. Save settings
