Managing photos and videos in reviews

With Judge.me, you can gather numerous photo and video reviews for your brand. Additionally, you have the flexibility to reorganize these visual assets and either download or conceal them within a review.

Reorder a photo

To rearrange the order of a photo or video within a review:

  1. Go to the Judge.me admin panel and select Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.

  2. Choose the specific review you wish to modify.

  3. Easily rearrange the photos by dragging them into the desired sequence.

  4. Remember to click Save Photo Order to confirm your changes.

Download a photo

To save a photo from one of your reviews:

  1. Access the Judge.me admin panel and go to Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.

  2. Locate the review containing the photo you wish to download.

  3. If you're using Google Chrome, simply right-click on the photo and select Save Image As.

Download a video

To download a video from a review:

  1. Visit the Judge.me admin panel and click on Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.

  2. Find the review that features the video you want to download.

  3. Click the download icon located beneath the video.

Hide a photo/video

Should any photos or videos submitted be unsuitable, unclear, or irrelevant to your store, you have the option to hide them from view.

  1. To conceal a photo or video within a review:

  2. Log in to the Judge.me admin panel and select Reviews > Reviews Dashboard.

  3. Choose the specific review where you intend to hide the photo or video.

  4. Simply click the checkmark beneath the photo or video to toggle its visibility (hidden or published).
