Tidio is an all-in-one customer experience solution featuring live chat, chatbots, and multichannel communication. With the JuFdge.me X Tidio integration, you can enhance your customer interactions. Here's how:
Enabling Tidio Integration
Step 1: Install Tidio and Enable the Chat Widget
Make sure you've installed Tidio and activated the chat widget. The Judge.me integration is compatible with all Tidio plans.
Step 2: Connect Judge.me
Click the Settings icon on the left panel.
Scroll down and find Judge.me in the list.
Click Connect Judge.me.
On the next screen, click Authorize to grant Tidio access to your Judge.me information.
Now, Tidio and Judge.me are successfully connected.
Using Tidio Integration
1. Request Feedback Before Negative Reviews
You can proactively engage with customers about to submit negative reviews using this template.
Go to Chatbots in the left panel.
Select All and find Judge.me - Rating Protector.
Click Use template.
In template settings, customize the message content and choose the ratings (by default, 1, 2, and 3 stars) that trigger the message. Click Save & activate when you're ready.
Here's how the message will be triggered for a 1-star review.
2. Send a Thank-You Message for Positive Reviews
To automatically send thank-you messages for positive reviews, use the Judge.me - Thank for a Positive Review template.
You can customize the message and choose the rating (by default, 5 stars) that triggers it.
3. Manage Reviews in Tidio
When customers submit reviews in Judge.me, you can conveniently view and respond to them in Tidio.
Go to Feedback > Reviews in Tidio.
You'll see the star rating, review content, and customer information on the right panel.
From the inbox, you can create support tickets and reply to reviews.
Specify the subject, priority, assignee, and message for the ticket. The new ticket will be created in the Tickets section for easy follow-up with customers.
That's it! You're now ready to efficiently manage reviews and enhance customer interactions with Tidio integration.
