Integrating Judge.me with SMSBump opens up a straightforward avenue for sending review requests to your customers via SMS.
How to set up
For integrating Judge.me with SMSBump to send review requests via SMS, follow these steps:
Step 1: Install Judge.me product reviews app
Install the Judge.me Product Reviews App.
Step 2: Install SMSBump
Install SMSBump. It's a free installation, but additional charges may apply.
Step 3: Get the API key
Contact SMSBump support to get the API Key for integration with Judge.me
Step 4: Configure the integration
From Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integrations > Requests Integrations > SMSBump.

In Judge.me, go to Settings > Integrations > Request Integrations > SMSBump.
Paste the API Key and save your settings.
Step 5: Customize SMS requests
In the Collect reviews > Schedule & Reminders > Collect reviews via SMS > Set up, you can fine-tune several aspects, including:
Message Template: Personalize the content of your SMS.
"SMS from:" Field: Determine the sender's name displayed to the recipient; you can use your name or your company's.
Request Schedules: Set parameters like the number of SMS requests sent per order and the length of each SMS request.

In the "Review Requests" section under "SMS Requests," you can fine-tune several aspects.
Once you've enabled the integration, SMS review requests will be automatically sent when orders are fulfilled. If your orders only include phone numbers, we'll exclusively send SMS review requests. Keep track of the status of all review requests in your Requests dashboard.
