The Chrome Extension allows for direct review imports from AliExpress collections or product pages. This guide will walk you through the process of installing and activating the Chrome Extension for AliExpress Review Importer.
Step 1: Install AliExpress review importer
If you haven't already, install the AliExpress Review Importer. Refer to the app's startup instructions for guidance on getting started.
Step 2: Install the Chrome extension
Click here to install the Chrome Extension for the AliExpress Review Importer.
Alternatively, you can access the Integrations tab within your AliExpress Review Importer app to install the extension and commence review imports for Oberlo or AliExpress.
Step 3: Add to Chrome
Click the Add to Chrome button.
Step 4: Access the extension
Once added, the extension will appear in your extension bar. Click on the (X) icon for the AliExpress Review Importer. Then, click Open App and log in (if not logged in already).
Step 5: Import reviews
While on the AliExpress collections page or a specific product page, click on the (X) icon and choose Get reviews.
A pop-up will surface, displaying the review import settings. Input the Shopify product name for which you wish to import reviews, configure the settings to your preference, and click Import Reviews.
Note: If the pop-up doesn't appear, consider resetting your Chrome settings to default.
Wait 1-2 minutes for the review import process to complete.
Step 6: Manage imported reviews
Oberlo products with successfully imported reviews will feature a colored (X) icon (rather than gray). For each product, you can:
Hover over the icon to view the imported review count.
Click on the icon and select Manage reviews to access all imported reviews.
Your AliExpress Review Importer app will open and guide you to the list of imported reviews for the chosen product.
Note: You can also click the (X) icon on AliExpress collection and product pages, then choose Manage reviews. However, this will lead you to the complete list of ALL imported reviews, not just those for a specific product.
