You can now view Judge.me reviews for each customer directly in your Shopify Customers dashboard by adding an App block. This feature provides a more comprehensive view of your customers' interactions with your store, helping you enhance engagement and build stronger relationships.
In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to enable the Shopify App block and display Judge.me reviews seamlessly.
Add the Judge.me Reviews App block
From your Shopify admin, go to the Customers tab.
Choose a customer from the list, then scroll down to the App blocks section.
Click App block and choose Judge.me Reviews.
The Judge.me Reviews block will now appear, displaying the reviews submitted by the selected customer.
Click the Pin icon to keep the Judge.me Reviews block visible for easy access.
View review details
Click the View details button to expand and see the complete review, including any photos or videos attached.
Use the View review in Judge.me button to open the Judge.me Reviews dashboard, where you can manage your reviews, such as publishing, replying, and pinching your reviews in the Review Widget.
