Joy helps merchants drive high conversion rates with an all-in-one solution for a loyalty program. With the Judge.me integration, stores can send customers rewards through Joy when they submit a review on Judge.me.
How to set up the integration
Step 1:
From Joy's app admin, go to Integrations and choose Judge.me from the list.
Step 2:
Click Connect, then follow the steps to enable the integration.
Step 3:
Select Reward programs from the left menu, then choose Write review.
Step 4:
Enter the reward program's name and earned points, then select Judge.me from the Review apps list.
You can track the new reviews and points earned by each customer in the Activities tab.
