Kangaroo’s integration with Judge.Me allows verified buyers to earn rewards based on their ratings and reviews. Reviews can incentivized with rewards such as points, free shipping coupons, or discounts in percentage or dollars. This integration is available with a Kangaroo Ultimate package.
Before you start
Make sure you have installed Kangaroo Rewards and connect your Shopify store to the app.
How to set up the integration
Step 1:
From Kangaroo admin, go to Settings > Apps & Integrations.
Step 2:
Scroll down and find Judge.me in the list, then click Authorize.
Step 3:
Review the permissions Kangaroo is asking, then click Authorize.
Step 4:
After two apps are integrated, you can set up your reward campaigns in Kangaroo, including:
Send rewards to any reviews, or reviews with specific conditions (e.g. with photos/videos)
Send rewards in points or coupons
Customize conditions for different types of reviewers
