Offerwhere is a platform that enables businesses to advertise their offers and run effective loyalty programs. With our integration with Offerwhere, you can give loyalty points to customers when they submit reviews in Judge.me.
How to enable the integration
Step 1: Create an Offerwhere account
Go to https://www.offerwhere.com/sign-up to create your account.
Make sure you have installed Judge.me on your Squarespace store as well.
Step 2: Add your organization
Click the Add organization on the top right and fill in the details.
Step 3: Add loyalty program
Click the Add loyalty program button on the top right and fill in the details.
Step 4: Add the review activity
Click on the loyalty program you have just added. Click Edit.
From the right menu, click Activities.
Scroll down to find the Encourage customers to leave a review, then click Add activity.
Toggle the bar to enable the activity in the Enable or disable activities section.
Step 5: Connect your Squarespace store
From the right menu, click on Squarespace and click Connect.
Follow the instructions to log in and connect the loyalty program to your Squarespace store.
When you are connected, enter the Offerwhere API key to generate the code snippet that you can inject into your store header to show the loyalty widget on storefront. To inject the code in Squarespace, go to Settings > Developer Tools > Code injection.
Step 6: Connect loyalty program to Judge.me
In Squarespace, login to Judge.me in Settings > All Extensions > Connected Extensions
In Offerwhere, click Review from the right menu, and click Connect.
Follow the instructions to connect Judge.me to Offerwhere.
How the integration works
After your loyalty program is connected to Squarespace and Judge.me, customers can sign up for your loyalty program to collect points for performing activities like leaving a review and making a purchase.
Customers can then request a discount code when they have collected enough loyalty points.
