Step 1: Install Judge.me app
Begin by installing the Judge.me app on your Square Online store. Follow this straightforward guide accessible via Settings > App Integrations.
Step 2: Enable Judge.me widgets
The Star Ratings stars and Review Widget will be automatically installed at the optimal positions on your store. For additional widgets, simply use Judge.me's shortcodes, as outlined in our guide.
Here are the widgets at your disposal within the Judge.me app on Square:
Review Widget: Gather and display reviews and star ratings for specific products.
Star Ratings (stars): Showcase star ratings and review counts for individual products.
Reviews Carousel: Create a carousel of featured reviews for your homepage.
Verified Reviews Counter: Display a badge with the number of verified reviews in your footer.
All Reviews Text: Show the total number of published reviews and the average rating.
UGC Media Grid: Present user-generated content from Instagram in a customizable widget.
Floating Reviews Tab: Add a floating tab to your pages for quick access to product and site reviews (available on the paid Awesome plan).
All Reviews Page: Construct a dedicated page to collect and display both product and store-level reviews (available on the paid Awesome plan).
Questions and Answers: Incorporate a Q&A section into the Review Widget to assist your customers in making informed decisions (available on the paid Awesome plan).
Step 3: Customize your widgets
To integrate Judge.me widgets with your store, take advantage of our customization options within Settings. You can:
Change star colors
Add review photos and videos
Adjust widget text and themes (more themes on the Awesome plan)
Enable review moderation
And here's great news: Judge.me widgets are available in 38 languages for non-English stores!
Step 4: Add your existing reviews to Judge.me
If you already have reviews on other platforms, we offer two hassle-free methods to import them into our module:
Import from other review apps, including Shopify, Yotpo, Stamped.io, and Loox.
Direct import using our CSV wizard importer.
Bulk import Q&As with our direct importer.
Step 5: Collect more reviews
Ready to gather more reviews? Here's how:
Collect reviews directly from the review form in your Review Widget and Floating Reviews Tab.
Send review request emails to verified buyers. These requests are automatically scheduled when you update an order as "Completed" in your Orders dashboard. You can customize the timing and other options in Request Timings.
Access four default email templates (Free plan) or create your own with our flexible drag-and-drop email editor (Awesome plan).
Tailor review request emails with custom questions (Awesome plan).
Easily translate email templates for non-English customers using our default translations in 38 languages.
Note: By default, your reviews are published automatically, and review request emails are sent unless you disable them.

Review Dashboard: Review and manage product and store reviews.
Requests Dashboard: View and customize review request emails, as well as schedule them.
Settings: Enable and customize all available app features.
