Changing to a new reviews app doesn't mean saying goodbyes to your hard-earned reviews. Especially with Judge.me, it's super easy to get your existing reviews over and show them proudly on your store.
Step 1: Export your reviews from the previous app

From your Shopify Product Reviews admin, click Export.
Loox

From your Loox admin, go to Reviews > Manage reviews.
Click Export all reviews to .csv file.
Yotpo

From your Yotpo admin, go to Manage Content > Moderate Content.
On the right of the screen, click Export to CSV.
Stamped.io

From your Stamped.io admin, go to Reviews.
Apply a filter or enter keywords to search for the reviews you want to export.
Once the filter/search is applied, click the download button.
Ali Reviews

Currently, only their support can help you export reviews from Ali Reviews.

From your Air Reviews admin, go to Reviews.
Click Export reviews.
Opinew

From your Opinew admin, go to Account > Plans and Billing.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Export Reviews.
Junip

From your Junip admin, go to Manage reviews.
Click Export reviews.
Rivyo

From your Rivyo admin, go to Import/Export Reviews.
Click Export reviews.
Step 2: Import these reviews to Judge.me
Once you've got your exported CSV file from the previous app, you can now import that file to Judge.me without having to make any changes to the file.
From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews.
Click Import & Export.
In Import reviews from a CSV file, select the app you were using and upload the CSV file.
Click Import.

Click Import & Export and go to Import reviews.
In From reviews app, select the app you were using and upload the CSV file.
Click Import reviews.
