Judge.me provides several convenient methods for importing reviews using a CSV file, as long as the file is under 10MB.
Additionally, you can import reviews from AliExpress, Etsy and Amazon at no cost. In this article, we will walk you through all the methods available for importing reviews to Judge.me.
Method 1: Import reviews from previous review app
If you have previously used a review app and want to transfer those reviews to Judge.me, follow these steps:
From Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Add Reviews.
Search for the app you were using previously (Loox, Yotpo, Air Reviews, Vitals, Klaviyo Reviews, Areviews, Rivyo, Stamped.io, Ali Reviews, Trustoo.io, Ryviu, Fera, Opinew, Reviews.io, Growave, Okendo, Junip, Feefo, Editorify)
Upload your CSV file and click Import.

Export reviews from your previous app.
In the Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Import & Export > Import Reviews > From Reviews App.
Choose the app you were using previously.
Upload your CSV file and click Import reviews.
Note:
If you are importing the previous store's reviews collected by a supported review app, please make sure to change your product URLs to those in the new store.
Method 2: Use the import wizard
If your CSV file is not from one of the supported apps mentioned earlier, you can still import it using our import wizard:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Add Reviews.
Scroll down to find the Import Wizard section, then click Open wizard.
Upload your CSV file and click Import.

In the Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Import & Export > Import Reviews > From Any Template (with import wizard).
Upload your CSV file and click Next.
Match the columns in your CSV file (column name) with our requirements (review field) and click Next. We'll try to match the columns automatically first.
Confirm the date format of your reviews. If it appears correct, click Import.
Method 3: Import reviews from AliExpress, Etsy and Amazon
If you have reviews on other e-commerce platforms such as AliExpress, Etsy, Amazon, and WooCommerce, you can import them to Judge.me following these steps:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Add Reviews.
Scroll down to find the Import from e-commerce platforms section, then choose the platform you want to import.
Method 4: Sync reviews with other Shopify stores with Judge.me installed
If you have multiple stores selling the same products, you easily share reviews across all of them. In order to match the products correctly, please make sure all products share the same SKU codes. To set up your cross-store review syndication:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Add Reviews.
Scroll down to find the Sync Reviews section, then choose Sync reviews with other Shopify stores.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter import errors
If you come across any errors during the import process, try the following steps:
Copy-paste your reviews to Google Sheets.
Download them as a CSV file.
Import again using the new CSV file.
