Depending on the functions you activate in your Judge.me settings, we grant authorization to certain third-party sub-processors for the processing of your data. In accordance with Article 6 of the UK GDPR, our legal basis for this processing is to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
The transfer of international data will adhere to one of the following:
Standard Contractual Clauses: We employ standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries as stipulated in Regulation (EU) 216/679, in addition to the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, commonly known as the Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum.
Article 45 of the UK GDPR: Alternatively, we adhere to the provisions outlined in Article 45 of the UK General Data Protection Regulations (Article 45 of the UK GDPR) for international data transfers.
