AVADA Boost Sales offers a comprehensive solution to elevate your sales using features like countdown timers, trust badges, sales pop, and more. This guide outlines how to integrate AVADA Boost Sales with Judge.me, enabling you to showcase pop-up notifications of new reviews on your online store.

1. How it works

AVADA Boost Sales is a versatile tool designed to amplify sales by incorporating elements such as countdown timers, trust badges, sales pop, and more. With the integration of Judge.me, you can exhibit real-time pop-up notifications containing newly received reviews directly on your storefront. This social proof can significantly enhance customer trust and encourage sales.

2. How to set up

Follow these steps to enable the integration between AVADA Boost Sales and Judge.me:

Step 1: Install Judge.me and AVADA Boost Sales

Make sure to install both the Judge.me and AVADA Boost Sales apps onto your Shopify store.

Step 2: Configure Judge.me API settings

  • From Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integration > Developers > Judge.me API

  • Copy the Shop domain and Private token provided in this section.


For other platforms

  • Access your Judge.me admin dashboard.

  • Go to Settings > Integrations > Developers > Judge.me API.

  • Copy the Shop domain and Private token provided in this section.



Step 3: Create a new Sales Pop campaign in AVADA

  • Go to your AVADA admin dashboard.

  • Select Sales Pop from the left panel.

  • Choose to Create a new campaign.

Step 4: Select campaign type

Opt for the Reviews campaign type.

Step 5: Configure campaign source

  • Choose Judge.me as the source for your campaign.

  • Paste the previously copied Private token and Shopify domain from Judge.me.

  • Proceed to follow the subsequent steps to personalize and customize your reviews pop-up campaign.

Once these steps are complete, the reviews pop-up notification will be visible on your storefront, showcasing the latest customer reviews and enhancing your store's credibility.

Note

In case you encounter any issues with the display of your most recent reviews, you can manually synchronize them by accessing the "Notifications" section and clicking on the "Sync manually" option.
