Fomo is all about ensuring your customers don't miss out! It achieves this by showcasing real-time activities, such as new orders or reviews, directly on your storefront. This dynamic feature aims to motivate potential buyers and drive them to make immediate purchases.

How to set up

To bring the power of Fomo to your Judge.me reviews, follow these steps:

Step 1: Install Judge.me

Begin by installing the Judge.me app on your store.

Step 2: Install Fomo

Next, integrate Fomo into your setup.

Step 3: Connect Fomo with Judge.me

  • Access Fomo's admin dashboard.

  • Go to the Integrations section.

  • Scroll down to find Judge.me and click on it.

  • Click the Connect with Judge.me option.

Step 4: Copy the Webhook URL

Ensure you copy the provided Webhook URL at this stage.

Step 5: Configure Judge.me for Fomo integration

  • From Judge.me admin, go to General Settings > Integration > Storefront Notifications > Fomo > Connect.

  • Select Enable Recently.

  • Paste the Webhook URL you copied earlier into the designated field.


For other platforms

  • From the Judge.me admin dashboard, proceed to Integrations.

  • Go to Storefront Notifications and select Fomo.

  • Paste the Webhook URL you copied earlier into the designated field.


Note

Once the integration is activated, Fomo will start displaying your new reviews on your storefront. Only reviews approved by you will be showcased. For further control, explore the Review dashboard to moderate your reviews.

Keep in mind that your previous reviews won't be included automatically; if you wish to include them, please contact Fomo for manual import.
