In this guide, we'll show you how to use Zapier to integrate Judge.me with Google Business Profile, allowing you to automatically share your reviews as a post, with a "Buy" button linking to your product page.
Step 1
Use this Zap to set up the integration between Judge.me and Google Business Profile: https://zapier.com/apps/judgeme/integrations/google-business-profile
After logging into Zapier, use the Judge.me API token and Shop domain to connect with Judge.me.
You can find the API Token in Judge.me General Settings > Integrations > View API token on the top right.
Step 2
When you've connected Judge.me to your account, select "New Review" as the trigger event so that the automation is triggered when a new review is submitted.
Step 3
Next, choose "Create Post" as the action event for Google Business Profile, which will automatically create a new post with the review details on your profile.
Step 4
In Google Business Profile's "Configure section" you can use multiple Judge.me review variables to create a template to share on your business profile.
Once you're happy with what information it will show, click continue to save this setup.
Note: you can also "Test" how the automation runs beforehand if you wish.

Now that this is setup and saved, your Judge.me reviews should appear on your Google Business Profile.
