Verified Buyer Badge means that the customer making the review has bought the item from your store. As many potential customers are aware of fake reviewing, the knowledge that an actual previous buyer has left a review helps to build trust with your new customers.
We automatically add a
Verified Buyer Badge to reviews when a reviewer has an order history with your store. You can customize or disable the badge in your Judge.me app admin.
You can add a
Verified Reviews Count Badge once you have collected 20 verified reviews. This means that the badge will not show up even if you enable it if you have less than 20 verified reviews.
The review status "Verified" is not part of the review import. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are importing reviews from a verified source (like from another store you own). We will manually verify the reviews as long as you can provide evidence that (e.g. showing screenshots of the order history from another store).
Also, reviews imported from Ali Express do not fall under the category of verified reviews because we cannot determine their original source (the reviewer did not make an order from your store).
