Facebook Authentication

Facebook access lost

If the password for your Facebook account is changed, access to your Facebook page will be invalidated for connected apps. (Note: This is not because we have your password - because we don't). It's just Facebook's policy to revoke access to apps you connected with after a password change.

Please follow the following steps to allow Judge.me to post reviews again to your Facebook page: In your app admin, go to More > Settings > Social Media > Facebook and select your Facebook page to enable the Facebook integration again.

Remove Facebook access for Judge.me

You can remove access to your Facebook page for Judge.me by going to your Settings in Facebook > Apps > Select 'Remove' for Judge.me (see screenshot below). If you remove access, you will no longer be able to use our Facebook-related features Facebook Social Push and Facebook Reviews Tab.

Troubleshooting

Problem: Cannot choose between Facebook pages I manage.

1) Make sure you are either the Admin or the Editor of the Facebook pages you're going to connect to.

2) Check Manage All Pages in the setting of Judge.me apps. Remove all pages from the Manage your Pages section that you don't need inside Judge.me, thereby making room for all relevant pages to show.
